I find it frustrating having to go through different answering services before I can get to the doctor! It used to be easier when I can just call directly to the doctors office and speak to someone there instead of going through different systems before I can get to the front desk!

I do not like having to call my main scheduling office. I find it not beneficial at all. Also, I followed up because I received a prescription, but did not get a call that I had anything out of line, so I saw it in my results, but I should have gotten a call to explain what was going on and know that I should take this prescription that was sent to my pharmacist.
