Provider was very cold and did not smile at all. She was very straight forward and direct but it felt very procedural like there was no care. They were also late by 30 mins and I saw a different provider than the one I had scheduled

I felt the provider rushed me, was very rude, and was uninterested in the visit.

Morgan was very courteous and efficient. My understanding is she is leaving to go somewhere else at the end of this month. I will miss her.
