Took 5 months to get new patient appointment with Dr Natasha Campbell so so happy I did. Very thorough, easy to discuss my health concerns, ask questions and have a doctor explain things and engage in the discussion. Very attentive, personable, and committed physician!

Very thorough and takes time to explain things in an easy to understand fashion. The office staff is also very efficient. The doctor saw me 5 minutes before my appointment time. Excellent experience all around.

Dr. Campbell is fantastic! She told me the best way to take my thyroid medication, that no physician had told me before, I've been taking this medication since 1995,and never knew this.

It was an excellent first appointment with Dr. Campbell. I look forward to the future of her care. She's compassionate, she listened, she was just excellent all around. You don't find many doctors like this anymore and I'm really glad that she came highly recommended and it was all that I had hoped that I had hoped for. As far as the one rating that I gave that wasn't great was the needing an appointment as quick as possible. It was like a four month wait, three, four month wait to see her, but I understand that was a first setting up patient. So it was going to be longer and harder to get an appointment for that as now that I'm established it would be sooner. So other than that everything was a 10 and 5 stars. She's phenomenal and I appreciate her.

Dr. Campbell was very pleasant. While listening to my concerns she provided very helpful information and feedback. She seemed genuinely interested and very in tune with my health progress and current status.

Everything was great, except they're very bad with scheduling. Tried to make a new appointment for my husband, and they wouldn't give me an appointment till eight months from now.

The Campbell is the best. I always feel like she has my best interest in hand. I would not ever what to leave her care.

This has nothing to do with Dr Campbell. But everything to do with the "check out" counter. I was given someone else's "After visit summary" and when I asked for the scripts the doctors had for me she said no there's nothing here. If something shows up we will mail it to you. I got a text after my visit that I didn't check out... that was odd because I did check out. It wasn't until I got home & sat down to look at my summary I realized it wasn't mine. I took it back the next day & picked up my patient summary & scripts.

Dr. Campbell is a great listener, and responds in depth to any questions and/or concerns I may have. She's an ideal Primary Care Physician, and I couldn't be more grateful. Actually, my comments apply to all of my doctors at Hope Tower! They're all the best!!

Dr. Campbell is such a pleasure to see as a physician. She does a thorough physical exam, explaining everything she is examining and looking for. She explains her reasoning behind why she is prescribing something and puts the patient at ease when they express concerns regarding an ongoing medical issue. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an internist and have already sent other people to see her.

After moving to this area, I came to see this doctor as a new patient. She had a lot of positive feedback. I had to wait 6 months and then I was cancelled. After calling the office and telling them how long I waited, they rescheduled me within a week. When I finally did get in, I was happy with my visit. She is personable and made me feel comfortable. I felt she didn't just listen to me but she also Heard me and all my concerns. She asked questions and gave what I felt were qualifying responses. I never felt rushed. She also helped me with referrals for other primary practitioners that I needed to replace because of my move. I would say it was worth the wait to see Doctor Campbell. I know she has other patients but when I'm in the exam room with any doctor, I want to feel that I have their full attention and is sensitive to my needs. If this visit is any indication of the type of care I can expect, then I feel we can build an enduring and healthy doctor/patient relationship.
