My recent doctor's visit via telemedicine with Dr. Lebowitz was not only extremely convenient but also a truly positive experience overall. The process was smooth and easy to access, saving both time and effort. The doctor was excellent, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the appointment. He took the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and offer thoughtful advice. It was clear that he is deeply committed to his patients' well-being, which made the virtual visit feel just as personal and reassuring as an in-person consultation.

The provider is an excellent physician, a good listener and very familiar with the latest research on health and diet.

All the employees are very professional and respectful.

This comment is directed at the administrative side of the provider's service in particular with the phone-in service. The automated attendent is probably the worst I have encountered. I wanted to confirm my appointment time and date and could not speak to a human being and the robot had no understanding of what I needed. - Finally after a number of many calls over 2 or 3 days phone calls to the button you are supposed to use for appointment changes, I used the button associated with patients that had an appointment that day and got a live person and less than a minute was able to get the info I wanted. Otherwise, Dr. Lebowitz and his crew are 1st Class, they deserve better.

Dr. Lebowitz is the best doctor I have ever had, to be very honest. He's the most thorough, caring, intelligent doctor that I know, and I have a lot of doctors. My only complaint is it's a little hard to reach the office, and I know how busy he is, but I wish I could have a little easier way to reach the office to ask any questions that I have. And until recently, I was able to get emails back from him, but I emailed him but didn't get a response. I think he's just got, he's too popular, but there's a good reason for that. Anyway, thank you.

He's been my doctor for over 20 years. He's the best!

Dr. Lebowitz is by far the best cardiologist I have ever seen. And I've seen over a dozen in the last 20 years. He's literally saved my life. Found the medication I could tolerate that is helping me, diet, everything. He's caring, he's warm, he's empathetic. I've recommended many people to him. I am so blessed to have found him. And the staff is all so wonderful. The only problem is he's so booked now. I can't get in six months. I have to wait eight. That's my only problem right now. I adore him the best I've ever had New York or New Jersey.

Dr Nate Lebowitz has been my cardio doc for many years (some 15 years) and is an excellent doctor, smart, knowledgeable, well mannered, patient, takes time with patient, explains well, is up to date with new scientific data, treatments, integrative approach.

The office staff are terrible. Never return your calls. No one seems to know if you faxed over blood work. It took 4 phone calls this time to get them to say Oh yes we have it. There is a need for an office manager that's on top of everything. Not happy with the way they handle anything
