I have to say Dr. Lebowitz is an exceptionally wonderful doctor. I've been with him since 2012 when I had stents put in and he is knowledgeable. He helps you so much. He watches out for you, your eating habits, everything. I don't know why you have to do this. I feel it's a shame that you have to call me and make me waste my time when he's such a wonderful man and he shouldn't have to. It's degrading. I never saw anything like this. I waited over a half hour. That was annoying. Once I was in, the staff was fine. I was there for tests, so their. Red to know my history is not applicable

Dr. Lebowitz is unbelievable. He is the best doctor I have ever had in my entire life and in the lives of my parents who I took care of. He identified a problem that I didn't even know about and which could have been very disastrous. He put me on a course of medication and regimen which clarified and cured part of the situation. And the staff is all so wonderful. The only problem is he's so booked now. I can't get in six months. I have to wait eight. That's my only problem right now. The office staff are terrible. Never return your calls. No one seems to know if you faxed over blood work. It took 4 phone calls this time to get them to say Oh yes we have it. There is a need for an office manager that's on top of everything. Not happy with the way they handle anything

Dr. Lebowitz is an excellent physician. My office visit was switched to a telehealth visit due to doctor's illness. I appreciated that he went above and beyond to keep the visit. It's unfortunate that it could not be rescheduled for in person visit.

On my most recent visit, I was there for an ultrasound. It was not with Dr. Lebowitz. It was with the person who does the ultrasound. And Dr. Lebowitz's office was closed, but there was just a nurse there with the ultrasound person. And I was running a few minutes late, and there's no way for me to contact the office. It kept on telling me the office was closed, and I knew it was not closed. In fact, they were all there. But there was no way for me to call the office to find out what to do. And I just think that there should be a way around that. So to use either a different number or to not say that the office is closed when they are doing laboratory tests like a sonogram, that was really frustrating. It caused a massive amount of stress for me, and honestly a little bit of stress for the office. I was only like six minutes late, but I thought I would be later, and it just caused stress for everyone.
