The team members working the front desk and also the team member who took my vital signs were all respectful and caring. The doctor was professional while performing the skills needed for the checkup. The also doctor was kind to me which made the visit go smoothly.

The doctor should show more interest in her clients and also have the patience to listen to them. And when it comes to clients, it gets too crowded, and it takes much longer than an hour to wait for the doctor to sit down. Also, regarding blood work, it takes a long time for us to call to draw blood. I'd like them to get better. Thank you.

Dr. Misra was amazing as a doctor, but I'm not coming back because of the wait time that I had to endure during my visit. My appointment was 2.45 and I didn't see the doctor until 4.15. So this is the amount, the wait time is just unacceptable. We realized that she of two or three people were giving the same time as their appointment. So three of us are 2.45 and that's why we had to wait that long.

I have been a patient for many years, so they know a lot about me, as well as the fact that I do not have health insurance and I make all my payments in cash The care was good, but not the cost of the visit, since I consider it an exaggeration bordering on disrespect and lack of empathy towards me I spoke with the secretaries about why the payment was so high (380 dollars) when the last visit paid 150 dollars, nobody could give me a coherent and real reason The doctor sees me every year and it does not seem fair or normal to me that for having been in consultation for 5 minutes I have to pay such a cost Unfortunately I will not be able to go anymore because of this and I think it would not be good to refer anyone either
