Dr. Noa Biran is a triple board-certified hematologist and medical oncologist who serves as the Co-Chief of the Multiple Myeloma Division and the Director of Clinical Research for the Myeloma Division at the John Theurer Cancer Center.


Her practice is dedicated exclusively to the treatment of multiple myeloma and other plasma cell disorders, including smoldering myeloma, MGUS, and Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. As the Director of Clinical Research of the Myeloma Division, Dr. Biran is a national leader in developing and leading clinical trials for multiple myeloma. She serves as the Principal Investigator for numerous studies, giving her patients access to the most innovative therapies available, including CAR-T cell therapy and novel drug combinations.


Dr. Biran earned her medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and her advanced fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she was selected as Chief Fellow.


An Associate Professor of Medicine at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, her commitment to patient care and clinical excellence has been consistently recognized, earning her the distinction of a "NJ Top Doc" and "Doctor of the Year" by the John Theurer Cancer Center.
