From reception to me seeing the doctor to the doctor's assistant, I'm not sure if that's the right title, who assisted me beforehand, I had an excellent, exemplary experience. It exceeded my expectations. It was a very stressful situation, very scary situation, and I didn't know what to expect from several aspects. I felt listened to. I felt like everyone was friendly, educated. professional, extremely courteous and empathetic. It was wonderful. I left in full knowledge with a game plan, a more positive and less invasive plan than I had hoped, so it was good news on all fronts. I felt like I had autonomy as much as possible and professional and appropriate. I felt listened to and I felt highly respected, which is not always the case for me personally or historically in medicine, so I really wanted to take the time to say,

Dr Doty is truly an asset to HMH. The way she's personable while also maintaining immaculate professionalism is beyond amazing. Working in such a tough and politically charged specialty, I am impressed all around on the level of care she's able to give while maintaining complete objectivity. She addressed all of my concerns and included my partner in the conversation which made us both comfortable. All around I could not have asked for a better provider.

Dr. Doty cares, listens and made me feel extremely comfortable. I trust being in her care and feel at ease with her expertise on many things. She is the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
