Nora Tossounian has been my PCP for 17+ years. I am going to miss being her patient and wish her all the best in her new role at the hospital. A fine doc and a real peach of a human being.,

Dr. Tossounian has been my primary care physician for many years and since actually she began with the group many years ago, I was very saddened to find out that I cannot reschedule appointments with her because her position will be changing and she has a very limited schedule going forward with her regular patients. So I'm very disappointed. She's a wonderful doctor and whoever does or I should say is fortunate enough to be able to see her in the future. She's wonderful. So you'll have no regrets. I do because I'm probably not going to be seeing her in the future. Thank you.

Above and beyond- totally the best!

Office was clean and staff pleasant and efficient. The provider explains the connection between the various test results and did ask if any clarification was needed. It would be helpful, now that AI is everywhere to have the conversation recorded so that I can again listen to it and have time to absorb what was spoken. The summary helps but does not provide the same detail as the doctor gave during the visit.

My appointment with Dr. Tossounian was very much like most all of my appointments with her. She always takes time to talk to me. She explains everything. When I have questions, she answers them. If I have any questions beyond those questions, she goes into those too. She's concerned with preventive medicine as well as medicine for something that's bothering me at the moment. She looks at me as a whole person with all the complications. I'm an older woman, so I have more than one issue going on at a time. She's always very careful to look at them and to make recommendations for doctors who I might like to see to discuss these things with. She reminds me of vaccinations that I may have coming up and need to get. She reminds me of getting a mammogram. She reminds me of all of the pieces of my health care. More MDs should interact with patients as she does. She researches the patient's histories prior to the appt so she is thoroughly knowledgeable about past issues and test results as well as other MDs notes. She looks at a patient's health in a holistic way rather than just focusing on her category. She truly listens to her patients and cares deeply about their health. She shares test results on screen and interprets in empathetic patient friendly language without being condescending. She is a gem and an icon of what good MDs should be.
