Nora Tossounian has been my PCP for 17+ years. I am going to miss being her patient and wish her all the best in her new role at the hospital. A fine doc and a real peach of a human being.,

Dr. Tossounian has been my primary care physician for many years and since actually she began with the group many years ago, I was very saddened to find out that I cannot reschedule appointments with her because her position will be changing and she has a very limited schedule going forward with her regular patients. So I'm very disappointed. She's a wonderful doctor and whoever does or I should say is fortunate enough to be able to see her in the future. She's wonderful. So you'll have no regrets. I do because I'm probably not going to be seeing her in the future. Thank you.

Office was clean and staff pleasant and efficient. The provider explains the connection between the various test results and did ask if any clarification was needed. It would be helpful, now that AI is everywhere to have the conversation recorded so that I can again listen to it and have time to absorb what was spoken. The summary helps but does not provide the same detail as the doctor gave during the visit.

I'm a breast cancer survivor, and I did not appreciate her commentary on my body. I wish that somebody would speak to her about what's appropriate to say to somebody who's had a double mastectomy.
