The staff was very friendly and the appointment wasn't rushed at all. It was a great experience.

Great Doctor!

Dr. Ngai was extremely thorough and listened very patiently to all we had to say. Neither my son or I ever felt rushed or uncared for through our whole appointment (which was quite lengthy). Dr. Ngai was very compassionate and understanding, seemed very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, and I am so glad we chose to see him.
