Yes, the doctor, it was my first time seeing her and she was excellent. She was, she listened to me. She gave me good responses. Everyone in her office who assisted me, they were very professional, very nice. I think this was the first time where I ever felt like a doctor actually listened to me and didn't rush me out of her office. She was excellent. And I definitely am going to make her my primary care physician. She was wonderful. Thank you.

Going to see Dr. Pamela was awesome. She really listened to what I had to say. She helped me find resources that I was looking for. We discussed my mental health, my weight. She was really respectful, really cordial. She definitely took the time to listen to me. She was just like all around fantastic. The nursing staff was fantastic as well. One nurse in particular, I forget her name, but she, Was really patient with me when it came to withdrawing blood, the whole staff, which is really kind and respectful and super super efficient. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Pamela and really any healthcare provider that comes from that office.

I would like to call the office directly without calling another number to request a call transfer.

When actually talking to the doctor, she was very well informed. She made everything feel comfortable. She gave helpful feedback and listened to everything that I said. The main thing that I feel like needs work is a lot of the nursing and assistant staff that was there did make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed all the way up leading to the primary care doctor. Like some of the nurses were very, short and rude and pushy and judgmental and it made me feel unwelcomed. But the second the doctor stepped in, she calmed my nerves and I felt like you're a very good caregiver. I just feel like some of your nurses are a little rough around the edges.

My provider always listens and she allows me to express myself, my fears, my concerns, and she very diligently comes up with an action plan for me to follow. And after these, after I would say eight months now, she's been the only one to actually nail the reason why I've been having all these issues to begin with. And it's been a long ordeal with me and it has to do with my flaws. And I just feel that there needs to be more research out there for us women. Had I not had Dr. Pamela Orellana, I don't really know where I would be. Thank you.

I love my doctor, Dr. Pamela Orellana. She is always knowledgeable. She remembers stuff from the last visit. She is up to date on any article I might bring up or any concerns that I have. I cannot recommend her enough. She just had her second baby and she is back on a horse and I'm happier than ever that she's back. Nothing but good stuff to say about her.

I really like how the professional treats me as well as the staff outside. The bad thing is when you call those lines there is only a delay and you can never communicate with the secretary or the medical assistant. Otherwise, the offices are very professional.
