Yes, the doctor, it was my first time seeing her and she was excellent. She was, she listened to me. She gave me good responses. Everyone in her office who assisted me, they were very professional, very nice. I think this was the first time where I ever felt like a doctor actually listened to me and didn't rush me out of her office. She was excellent. And I definitely am going to make her my primary care physician. She was wonderful. Thank you.

Going to see Dr. Pamela was awesome. She really listened to what I had to say. She helped me find resources that I was looking for. We discussed my mental health, my weight. She was really respectful, really cordial. She definitely took the time to listen to me. She was just like all around fantastic. The nursing staff was fantastic as well. One nurse in particular, I forget her name, but she, Was really patient with me when it came to withdrawing blood, the whole staff, which is really kind and respectful and super super efficient. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Pamela and really any healthcare provider that comes from that office.

I would like to call the office directly without calling another number to request a call transfer.

When actually talking to the doctor, she was very well informed. She made everything feel comfortable. She gave helpful feedback and listened to everything that I said. The main thing that I feel like needs work is a lot of the nursing and assistant staff that was there did make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed all the way up leading to the primary care doctor. Like some of the nurses were very, short and rude and pushy and judgmental and it made me feel unwelcomed. But the second the doctor stepped in, she calmed my nerves and I felt like you're a very good caregiver. I just feel like some of your nurses are a little rough around the edges.
