A few days after my visit, I received a text to call the office for my lab results, which I had seen in My Chart within 24 hrs of my visit and were stable or improved. I called to see if there was a problem. I got a nice person who said someone would be with me momentarily, I waited 20 minutes and no one picked up. I got a text the next day that they noted I had reviewed my results in My Chart and to call if I had questions! I thought they called me because they had questions.

I like Dr. Patel. She is a professional and thorough. Warm and friendly. I think I found my favorite Doctor!

Dr. Patel is professional and the practice is run efficiently. I've had 2 recent appointments with other providers. One doctor kept me waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes while taking a meeting with drug reps. The other doctor was supposed to have a telehealth appointment on a Wednesday afternoon, which she apparently forgot about. She was supposed to call me at 8:30 the next morning, and she was actually a half hour late for that appointment. These things would NOT happen with Dr. Patel.

I just would like to say that it has been a long time, other than my primary, to be able to sit down with someone and feel so well about my information, about my health and everything else. Very, very good. Everything was excellent.

Dr Patel is one of the most thorough and engaging MD's I've ever seen. She carefully went through my extensive medical history, medication, A1C readings, and explained how my medicines worked, and options going forward. She and her entire office staff were friendly, polite, courteous, very helpful and a very pleasant office visit. Her MA was similarly thorough, helpful, careful, and very detailed. My wife and I are very impressed by her professionalism and she truly cares about her patients and spends time to understand histories, concerns, and current issues before making any decision or determination. (yes I've had doctors that don't listen and drive their opinion without understanding my issues or reactions to some medications - Dr Patel is the TOTAL OPPOSITE and I wish I could rate her more than 10 of 10.
