Staff front desk Vicki, Victoria , and trinity work well together and are all so sweet, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. With them , it’s a great plus.

Dr Paulina Sedutto was kind, caring and showed concerns for my well being as a whole. I had not been to the doctors in several years. She listened, answered my questions and guided me. I had results in about 24 hours and was called immediatly by Dr Sedutto herself, not a staff member. She explained that I could do most of the treatment I needed right in the building. So I was able to have 2 other procedures done right after I left her. AMAZING DOCTOR and her staff is just as nice.

Best Choice I made in a doctors office and couldn’t say enough great things about this doctors office and their wonderful Doctor Dr.Sedutto I appreciate her so much and being the best obgyn a girl could even ask for.

I thought the waiting area was more crowded than I was used to.

I felt that my exam was, physical exam was very rushed and also it's been two days that I heard back that I have an abnormal pap smear and I have not received word from the doctor. I've left a message so I'm a little concerned about that.

I know, so this was my first time coming to this office. I went, my appointment was scheduled in the Eatontown location, but I thought it was in a Shrewsbury location, so I was late to the appointment. So I can understand, you know, if that backs up a doctor and staff. The medical assistant that was working with Dr. Sedutto was amazing. But I definitely wish Dr. Sedutto spent more time with me. We felt very rushed. It felt like she really didn't have much time or care to really ask what I really had to say. Certain questions, just her response was just not really friendly. She kind of like chuckled when I would ask her certain questions, which isn't really the best thing when you're asking someone a question. So I just wish I had a better experience at this office, especially since I was recommended to come here.

Everything was great except for the fact that it was very very difficult to make the appointment by calling the facility. It took me multiple times over the span of 2 weeks before I finally got someone who answered the phone!

My experience at Dr. Sedutto's Eatontown office was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor. One thing about the health center that I did not understand is I was prescribed an imaging test and I called that same Eatontown location to have this done. I was told that even though the doctor accepted my secondary insurance, the imaging department did not. I called Riverview and made an appointment there to have my test done, and they accept my secondary insurance. They are all Hackensack Meridian Health, and the Eatontown health center is supposed to be convenient for patients, so I don't understand why they all do not accept the same Insurances.

She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Sedutto was very, very nice and informative and patient and answered all of my questions and just made me feel super comfortable and just really educated me throughout the process. So I am very thankful for her.

Even though the appointment was on time, doctor and assistant nurse was good I was not given a proper script for ultrasound. Doctor suggested to do ultrasound but I was given a piece of paper with the description but no one instructed me to pick up a script for the radiologist. Need to come back to get it and had to do new appointment for ultrasound.

The woman at the front desk to the left side did not seem to know what she is doing. She could not tell me what prescription I was prescribed, so that I could ask the pharmacy next door how long it would take to make.

The front desk was not doing their job properly. I came 20 minutes early, sign in, and put my name on the sign-in sheet. Two people after me came. They took the two people before me, as they were not going in order with the sign-in sheet, which delayed my appointment and had to wait almost 45 minutes before I was taken in. The front desk was not friendly at all except for one woman that was in the middle of the two.

I felt like the doctor didn't really have any bedside manner. She was very rude. And I was very disappointed with her responses to my question.

I know this was only my second annual gyn appointment with this provider but I think she could improve on her bed side manner. She comes off a little cold/all business but maybe that's just her personality. I'm used to my old dr who was more conversational and inquisitive of my health.

The office staff was very, very nice. I just wanted to say a shout out to them. Thank you.

First time at the Eatontown office and u was very impressed!

I have put off going to an ob/gyn for YEARS due to how I am usually treated. Dr. Sedutto is a bright light in the realm of doctors. I am so thankful I found her and I have no issue traveling to see her for my appointments. (I am about 45 mins away). This was my first visit and I have two follow up appointments in the next month and I am actually excited to go to them. This entire practice is fantastic and I had zero issues with anyone I spoke to. THANK YOU!
