I know, so this was my first time coming to this office. I went, my appointment was scheduled in the Eatontown location, but I thought it was in a Shrewsbury location, so I was late to the appointment. So I can understand, you know, if that backs up a doctor and staff. The medical assistant that was working with Dr. Sedutto was amazing. But I definitely wish Dr. Sedutto spent more time with me. We felt very rushed. It felt like she really didn't have much time or care to really ask what I really had to say. Certain questions, just her response was just not really friendly. She kind of like chuckled when I would ask her certain questions, which isn't really the best thing when you're asking someone a question. So I just wish I had a better experience at this office, especially since I was recommended to come here.

Everything was great except for the fact that it was very very difficult to make the appointment by calling the facility. It took me multiple times over the span of 2 weeks before I finally got someone who answered the phone!

My experience at Dr. Sedutto's Eatontown office was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor. One thing about the health center that I did not understand is I was prescribed an imaging test and I called that same Eatontown location to have this done. I was told that even though the doctor accepted my secondary insurance, the imaging department did not. I called Riverview and made an appointment there to have my test done, and they accept my secondary insurance. They are all Hackensack Meridian Health, and the Eatontown health center is supposed to be convenient for patients, so I don't understand why they all do not accept the same Insurances.

She is a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Sedutto was very, very nice and informative and patient and answered all of my questions and just made me feel super comfortable and just really educated me throughout the process. So I am very thankful for her.
