Dr. V. was caring, friendly and concerned with my issues. Her staff was friendly.

Awesome and caring doctor.

The "nurse" was not able to draw the blood. After numerous tries she was not able to access the vein blaming me for dehydration. To be fair i have tiny veins that hard to see, but usually every other nurses were able to find the vein on the first or second try the most. In the end they told me to leave and go to to the lab and get my blood work done elsewhere. Very disappointed. I liked this provider because it was very convenient as one stop shop where i could see a doctor and get blood work done the same time. But my prior experience was very disappointing.

Well, my visit to the doctor was very comfortable. My questions that I had was asked. My concerns were attended to and I felt very comfortable after I left, reassured that everything would be okay. Yes, I will definitely recommend this provider to my family and friends.

From when I checked in to my doing a last test and checking out everything went the way I hoped it would. I left relieved and not so worried

We like going to Dr. Vallabhaneni because she's thorough, she's mindful and courteous, and she's very thorough with the examination of my mom, and she's easy to reach to. They always accommodate my mom to get appointments. And so we like going to her, and she gives out prescriptions very effectively, and we get the medications pretty effectively. So we like her a lot.

More availability and hours. It's very hard to make appointment otherwise.

The staff is very, the staff is not good. I was very disappointing. They never smile. I'm so upset. And the staff is very bad except one person.

She is extremely good, and she's been discussing and advising very nicely. And we really appreciate her thing. And we always go to her when we need. Thank you.

I find her to be very personable, very interested in my personal life. When I have a problem, I can talk to her about personal things. That's not why I'm coming there for medications or anything. She's very concerned about me. She does think about tests I should have done that I would never think about, just as preventative. I just think she's wonderful. I had diabetes, and she helped me not to have diabetes no more. She's terrific. She's number one in my book. Thank you.

I think my appointment was very rushed, and doctor herself said that she has too many patients. So one of my concern, which is vaccine the ears, she said, next time when you come, I'll do it. And it would have been helpful if she would have taken care of it the same day I visited, because she only comes two days in Addison, and then With so many patients, they kind of rush you, which there is a room of improvement. Either you guys take less patience and give full support or full attention to the patient needs who you are attending. Thank you.
