Different process with additional staff coming and asking questions. They should introduce themselves first as I had to ask who they were.

Yes, very grateful for this doctor and her staff. My son was able to receive the care that he needs, the guidance, because managing diabetes, it's the guidance that's important. Nutritionist was present, it was teamwork, and I'm very grateful for their attentiveness and knowledge, and just overall grateful for having a team that could work along with us. I'm very, very happy and grateful and hope to continue being able to have this visit with them. Thank you.
