She was great as always, she and the staff were very patient with two tired and not very cooperative kids

Yes, very grateful for this doctor and her staff. My son was able to receive the care that he needs, the guidance, because managing diabetes, it's the guidance that's important. Nutritionist was present, it was teamwork, and I'm very grateful for their attentiveness and knowledge, and just overall grateful for having a team that could work along with us. I'm very, very happy and grateful and hope to continue being able to have this visit with them. Thank you.

Different process with additional staff coming and asking questions. They should introduce themselves first as I had to ask who they were.

Rachel truly takes the time to listen & explain everything. Never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Beyond greatful for the knowledge she provides and opportunity to have her on my daughters team of medical professionals.

Dr. Siegel has been with my daughter for almost two years and I cannot say anything but great things about her and her best side manner and just her knowledge of her field, her references, just recommendations, options to move forward, and also just giving my child the confidence and ability to make decisions on her own. I think that's one of the highlights of our visit is the talks that she has with her. Overall, the office has been amazing, supportive, and also resourceful. So definitely would recommend Dr. Siegel as well as, you know, the entire staff to friends and family. So I'm always looking forward to our appointment.
