Dr Passi helps so much with cardio problems

Before I got home from the office I received text and msgs. about an over $9000.0 prepayment due for my upcoming stress test, from HMH. I nearly cancelled the test.

Hi, I just want to say that the provider is very knowledgeable. He's very helpful. He'll go through everything with you and explain if you don't understand something. And I really do like the provider. He knows what he's talking about. The only thing I'm a little unhappy about is the staff at times. They tend not to get back to you when you phone the office or It's hard for you to get a hold of them sometimes. Other than that, everything else is okay.

Dr. Passi is an excellent doctor. He needs to do better or the manager needs to do better at hiring people because they are making his office worse. They can't get my prescriptions out on time and I'm constantly calling.

Appointment was done months ago. I didn't have to call for an appointment. Waiting time is normally an hour or longer.

Despite my wait time being a little bit longer, I know Dr. Passi is a superlative physician. He has a busy office and , despite the wait time, is indicative of a good, very good physician, which he is. If he is running a bit behind, I'd rather he spend time with me, rather than rushing me out, not explaining to me, not answering any questions, in a rush to get to the next patient, and the next, and the next, and so on. As long as i've been a patient of his, he has NEVER, EVER done that. He is a GREAT physician that cares and gives the very best of treatment to all of his patients.

Dr. Passi is a great doctor, however the office staff I find disorganized and all over the place.a couple of weeks ago, I called the office numerous times to have my prescription for an exam signed by the doctor and faxed to another facility. It took four tries before it was done for me. They kept telling me it was done and the facility told me it was not. This is confirming both faxes. The phones are not answered in a professional matter and you can always hear talking and laughing in the background. The staff needs to act more professional and answer the phone as such. Thank you for your time.
