I'm very grateful for the survey and very happy with the service I receive at my doctor's office, Dr. Sahni. Thank you very much for the survey.

What I don't like is that they change the time of my appointment and then I have to wait too long because if my appointment was for 1:00 then they called me to change it to 12:45 pm to come and call me at 1:05 pm so the doctor came to see me at 1:38 pm. I didn't like that, they made me wait too long.

I'm not sure if he is really listening to what I'm saying. I feel rushed every time I have been there this year. The office seemed like the patients were double booked. Another patient felt the same thing, there were people inside and outside the office to see the doctor. I had to wait outside at first.

Technicians that are there, they seem to know it, but a lot of times there's a problem getting my prescriptions, and I don't know why they don't answer the phone when KVC, or KVC, sorry, Caremark calls, and I don't understand it, but I think they're getting better at it. However, the biggest problem I have is the prescription for an item, whether it's Metforin or something or Ampullene, I have to wait almost a month or at least three weeks before I get them to answer it. This is not a good way to do things. Thank you very much and have a great day.

Dr. Rakesh is a very good doctor, and he is the top doctor.

I appreciate Dr. Rakesh. He has brought me to a HEALTHY journey. I think he's over booked, the waiting room is always crowded. Otherwise, I am very grateful he is my Cardiologist!!

The doctor is a very thorough doctor and very good. He's very helpful in every single way that you ask him. The only thing is the waiting time sometimes is too long.

Dr. Sahni always listens to me, what I have to say, what I have to ask him or what I need to ask him, excuse me. And he's always right on point with everything and always just so, so kind and gentle and it leaves my fears and stuff.

Dr. Sahni has to be one of the greatest cardiologists in the world. He saved my life with his medical treatment and I love him to death and I'm very thankful for having a relationship with him and I'd like to give him the highest score possible.

A great provider

Hello, everything went well at the site. I even got in there earlier because my appointment was at 11.30, and I got in there at quarter to 11, which is great. Everything is fine so far. I think that a little more attention should be directed at the people who are setting up your appointments, because sometimes they're like rushing through it, and that's not a good thing. But that's about it. See you again in three months.

He was very, very attentive. He listens to me. He listens to my problem and gives me advice what to do and what not to do, how to prevent what is going on with me. He explained to me what he was doing, and he was very good. And they all took care of me at the hospital. The doctor and the nurse practitioner, they were all the ones that was working with me. They took very good care of me, and I was really, really very, very, very satisfied. Thank you.
