My only complaint was when I went to check in there was no one at the desk they were on lunch and I waited 15 minutes for them to come back. I don't like that.

This was the first time I have been to the Doctor's new office. The staff was very friendly and calming.

Dr. was attentive as usual. We discussed conditions that concerned her and me items that I was not aware of before and should be able to correct.

This provider was horrendous! She completely lacks empathy, therefore, bedside manner is nonexistent. Katz couldn't look me in the eye, she absolutely undermined my own medical knolage. I have come to find this provider has moved around quite a bit. That in itself is never a good sign! I felt like even if I advocated for myself there was no point. My RBC did show size difference as well as her ill preparedness to work with other drs to further investigate a bleeding disorder. That being said I could see her being a great Dr. if she challenged herself, and looked up the definition of humility in a dictionary. This is one of the scariest times in my life regarding my health, although she does still think it's a hematological problem; Katz, had little time to waste with me. Females are supposed to look out for one another. The fact that my mom had to tell the Dr to talk to me, the patient- was disturbing. Positive things she did do: request further bloodwork, and make a further referral. However, I did not take her up on her referral and am actually going to a practice she "doesn't work at anymore". Wishing her well on her journey and that she takes all her feedback as a gift to be a better Dr in an already tough world for people. She has potential but I hope her patient's take the tactful route and offer her constructive feedback so Drs. Like her can rise to there fullest potential and help others as well as excel in their career.

Dr. Katz didn't have my records to go over because they weren't transferred over, so she was a bit frustrated, which I can understand. Other than that, she's a good provider, and I like her.

Dr Katz was very dismissive. I was referred by my PCP to see a Hemotologist due to recent blood test results. I was made to feel like I was bother and over reacting when in fact I was just following through with what my PCP thought was best. Would not go back to see Dr Katz.

I think Dr. Katz is a good health provider. Trustworthiness is definitely on the case when you want to make an appointment. The entire team is very professional at all times. If I had to say anything that has to change, actually there's nothing. There's nothing at this point that I see that needs to change. So I appreciate her. I'm glad that I'm a part of that team in terms of her caring for me. And she's always accessible. So the entire staff, her, and I commend them all and I appreciate them all. Dr Katz took interest in my health concerns and made recommendations on how to move forward to address them.

It was my first appointment and I was very pleased.

The address is 1610 Rt 88 but the bldg facing Rt 88 is 1608 there is no indication that 1610 is behind it. I only found it after I went into the next driveway which was the hospital and there is no cut through to get into the lot next door. It is quite annoying to have to go all the way around to get to my destination.
