It is a pleasure interacting with Dr. Ong. I really feels that she cares about my well being. Dr. Ong answered all of my questions in easy to understand responses. I always get a better understanding of the interactions and the overall health of my systems. Dr. Ong is an asset to Hackensack Meridian and represents the organization very well.

My experience with Dr. Ong was amazing. I had only just met her. I had been to that office before but was working with another provider for many years. This is the first time I've had Dr. Ong. She was absolutely amazing. I felt seen, heard, cared for. I felt understood. She saw me right away. She was so down to earth and so brilliantly smart. Knew my entire history. She was very prepared. At the end of the visit, she walked me out to the window. We scheduled another visit. Then she passed me off to the next person. That person, she ordered blood work for me. Instead of waiting to do my blood work another day, she goes, oh, we could do your blood work right now. Walked me to the next place over, got my blood work. It was absolutely an amazing experience.
