Dr. Ong is, my visit with Dr. Ong last week, it was my initial visit. I've worked with other, I've seen other endocrinologists in the past. By far, Dr. Ong was the best, compassionate, caring, just took the time to understand my situation, had recommendations, just a pleasure to be able to speak with, and I'm highly motivated to do what I've got to do in working with her care.

Experience was very good and organized but Dr that performed procedure never spoke to us either before or after. He had an assistant talk to us.

My experience with Dr. Ong was amazing. I had only just met her. I had been to that office before but was working with another provider for many years. This is the first time I've had Dr. Ong. She was absolutely amazing. I felt seen, heard, cared for. I felt understood. She saw me right away. She was so down to earth and so brilliantly smart. Knew my entire history. She was very prepared. At the end of the visit, she walked me out to the window. We scheduled another visit. Then she passed me off to the next person. That person, she ordered blood work for me. Instead of waiting to do my blood work another day, she goes, oh, we could do your blood work right now. Walked me to the next place over, got my blood work. It was absolutely an amazing experience. I've been going to Jersey Shore for many years, different providers. Hands down, best provider. Really, really great experience. Thank you.
