I was disappointed with my provider's staff. During my visit I requested two refills to be processed and advised one was urgent, I had just taken the last dose of my blood pressure medicine. I was told the refills would be processed that day and they were not. I called the next day and explained my requested refills were not processed. The person on the phone took the info again and said she would give the info to my dr's staff to be processed. the refills were not processed. I had to go into the office on the third day to do blood work. I asked another person at the front desk if hey could help me and she took the info again and gave it directly to some one that said it would be processed right away. That morning the refills were processed. They need a better system to assure requests are processed.

He does it well. The problem is that he wants to leave the office too soon. I always go with my husband, who's the patient. But he types quickly and wants to leave too quickly. He doesn't take the time to listen to people. But he's a very good doctor. And we've had him for a year. That's the only problem: he leaves quickly.
