I was disappointed with my provider's staff. During my visit I requested two refills to be processed and advised one was urgent, I had just taken the last dose of my blood pressure medicine. I was told the refills would be processed that day and they were not. I called the next day and explained my requested refills were not processed. The person on the phone took the info again and said she would give the info to my dr's staff to be processed. the refills were not processed. I had to go into the office on the third day to do blood work. I asked another person at the front desk if hey could help me and she took the info again and gave it directly to some one that said it would be processed right away. That morning the refills were processed. They need a better system to assure requests are processed.

Just Brilliant

He does it well. The problem is that he wants to leave the office too soon. I always go with my husband, who's the patient. But he types quickly and wants to leave too quickly. He doesn't take the time to listen to people. But he's a very good doctor. And we've had him for a year. That's the only problem: he leaves quickly.

I am not very happy with the new telephone system to get in touch with the doctor's office. The old system was good and helped the patients to reach the doctor's office quickly and efficiently. I hope you will restore it back.

When you go to Dr. Patel's office, the staff is all very well receptive to you. And they take your information, you have a seat, and then the young lady, when they take you in the room, before they take you in, they say, hello, how are you doing, any concerns, any change in your medication? They go through the whole routine, and they do your blood pressure, your weight, your vital signs. And they'll ask you, like, what's this visit for, is it follow-up or whatever, like, modules for me to get medical clearance, and I have to have an EKG. And then I saw Dr. Patel in the VA, you know, so he's always asking me, is there anything wrong, am I doing this, how is this going, my diet, my blood sugar, am I having any swelling. He's very thorough, and I like that.

Very good office and the staff is very friendly. Doctors and staff are super, super nice. They took care of my needs. Very friendly environment. The service was excellent. Great people.
