Rebecca L Barnett, MD

Dr. Rebecca Barnett was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her medical degree
at the West Virginia University School of Medicine. Her OB-Gyn residency training with Rutgers
Robert Wood Johnson Medical School program brought her to New Jersey. She is a Board-
Certified OB-Gyn with special interest in young adult gynecology, infertility, PCOS, vulvar
dermatitis and VBAC pregnancy. She is accepting new patients.

As part of the Jersey Shore OB practice in Freehold since 2017, she has had the privilege of
caring for women of all ages and managing high risk pregnancies and deliveries. She also
performs minimally invasive surgery and cesarean sections.

She holds an appointment as an Assistant Professor in Clinical Medicine at the Hackensack
Meridian School of Medicine and enjoys teaching the medical residents at Jersey Shore
University Medical Center.

She lives locally with her husband and two sons and loves to cook and bake.
