We waited 7 months for an appointment with her and when I potentially had to reschedule the next available appointment was not for another 11 months. That's ridiculous and doesn't help any patient!

The treatment we received was very pleasant, as was the care from the medical professionals, the specialist, counselor, translator, and nursing staff. I felt very reassured after they explained to me why they would be performing the tests on my baby.
