Ritu Anand, MD

Ritu Anand, M.D., is a board-certified endocrinologist with over 18 years of experience in the field. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and improve their overall health. Dr. Anand is excited to join the Center for Weight Loss at JFKUMC and bring her expertise to the team. She has a wealth of experience in treating patients with a variety of endocrine disorders, including obesity. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, private practices, and academic institutions.

Dr. Anand is board-certified in obesity medicine, endocrinology and diabetes and metabolism. This means that she has met rigorous standards for education, training, and experience in these fields. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Endocrine Society.
