What!? You didn't ask what the provider could have done differently to get a high recommendation? Well, I'll tell you anyway. Nothing! My relatives, and friends I am close enough to for a recommendation, live several towns over. Your PCP should be close to you. Dr Shavelson's practice is not only very good; it is within walking distance for me. My friends and relatives do not live close enough to consider this practice. OTOH, if a NEIGHBOR happens to ask, the likelihood I'll recommend Dr Shavelson is a 10.

Yes, I'm really happy with the office and the office staff, but I do not like the impersonal call center or ways to make appointments. Everything has to go through, I don't know, AI or whatever. I'm not happy about that. I'd like to speak to the doctor or his staff personally, yet when I call, I end up in a call center. This is very unsatisfactory to me.
