It's always a pleasure seeing Dr. Shavelson. His kind nature, patience and professionalism makes him one of the best doctors I've ever worked with.

Dr. SHAVELSON is very patient for the patients like myself. He listens. He's very smart. He's got good comfort ability, bedside kind of manner to relax you and let you think and offer up information about what's bothering you. He's easy to work with.

Dr. Shavelson has been my primary care doctor for many years. He is always able to address my current health issues. A great doctor!

Yes, I'm really happy with the office and the office staff, but I do not like the impersonal call center or ways to make appointments. Everything has to go through, I don't know, AI or whatever. I'm not happy about that. I'd like to speak to the doctor or his staff personally, yet when I call, I end up in a call center. This is very unsatisfactory to me.

The office staff at this visit were phenomenal... they were pleasantly professional which made me very comfortable.
