Dr. SHAVELSON is very patient for the patients like myself. He listens. He's very smart. He's got good comfort ability, bedside kind of manner to relax you and let you think and offer up information about what's bothering you. He's easy to work with.

Yes, I'm really happy with the office and the office staff, but I do not like the impersonal call center or ways to make appointments. Everything has to go through, I don't know, AI or whatever. I'm not happy about that. I'd like to speak to the doctor or his staff personally, yet when I call, I end up in a call center. This is very unsatisfactory to me.

He's a very, very good doctor, and I would take him any day. He's been my doctor for years, and thank him for all his services.
