Rocco J DiPaola, MD

Rocco DiPaola, M.D., is a fellowship trained, board-certified neurologist with special focus on movement disorders. Dr. DiPaolo also is director of the movement disorders program at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. Dr. DiPaola has been serving New Jersey's Monmouth and Ocean County communities for over 25 years.
Movement disorders treated by Dr. DiPaola include Parkinson's disease, essential tremor, Huntington's disease, gait disorders, tremor disorders, dystonia, focal dystonias (cervical dystonia, blepharospasm, writer's cramp), and myoclonus. Services offered by Dr. DiPaola include injection of botulinum toxin (Botox) and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) evaluation and programming.
Dr. DiPaola began his medical education at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, remaining in New Jersey for his internship at Monmouth Medical Center. He then went on to complete his residency at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. DiPaola also completed two advanced training fellowships at Mayo Clinic-Florida and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. His specialized training and access to the Hackensack Meridian Neuroscience Institute's exceptional neurology and neurosurgery teams allows him to provide the best care for his patients.
