I would be remiss to ever classify an office visit with Dr. Rocco Dipaola as routine. I say this because at every appointment with Dr. Dipaola, I have the unique opportunity to leave with a valuable piece of informatiom/advice from him that is never cookie cutter, but instead specifically tailored to my current health needs and concerns.I truly enjoy hearing Dr. Dipaola's viewpoints when we discuss developments in Parkinson's research, new medication/treatment options, the benefits of diet and exercise, and alternative schools of thought. Dr. Dipaola graciously entertains not only my questions, but also those of my husband. Dr. Dipaola patiently listens, responds, and provides insight and clarity when needed. His communication skills are quite impressive and his delivery is always on point.What I find most extraordinary about Dr. Dipaola is his uncanny ability to recognize and understand the emotional component that factors in with his patients and their families as well. He treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. This is what sets Dr. Dipaola apart and above others in his field of expertise - neurology.Kudos to Dr. Dipaola for always making me feel valued and empowered when I leave his office. Everybody at the office was very kind and very friendly. The doctor was wonderful. My only complaint is once I got into the office, I had a very, very, very long wait. Not in the waiting room, just standing in the, sitting in the doctor's office. That is my complaint. Just sitting there waiting for him to come, which was not nice. Thank you.

As a patient, I was very impressed with Doctor Rocco Dipaola who is a neurologist. He sat with me for over an hour in the room, explaining everything about my condition. I do have Parkinson's and some nerves in my legs and my feet. Most of All was very impressed with his medical observations on me, but most of all the staff memories in this facility are very very good very nice. I'm very impressed and I like it. Thank you.

It was excellent in every way.

The doctor that I had used was excellent. Spent amazing time explaining to me what my problem was. He was trying to help me as best as he could. If I wanted to go back to him, I would definitely go back to him. I think the guy is, I think the doctor is great. The only bad situation is the time element that we waited. We got there, before one o'clock, my appointment was at one o'clock, wasn't seen till about 20 to 25 after one, was put into the room in the back to wait to see the doctor and didn't see the doctor till approximately two o'clock. But when he came in, he gave me over an hour and a half worth of time and support that I loved. So I recommend him very highly. Thank you.

First of all, I waited nine months for an appointment. Secondly, we weren't given good instructions on how to find the facility.

a long wait when you're in the waiting room, but he does not rush you when you're in his office. Maybe you should just be able to schedule one or two less patients a day to give everyone the right time which they have and not wait so long in the waiting room.

Dr. DiPaola is one of the most amazing doctors I've ever had to interact with. His care, concern, and treatment of my mother and her Parkinson's disease has led to such a positive material impact on her quality of life that I cannot thank him enough.

Excellent appointment

I usually have to wait an exceedingly long time to be seen, this last visit was not as long and I actually got future appointments scheduled. My disappointment is with Hackensack Meridian and them not wanting to go directly through my insurance Medicare and making me go through an extensive process with AbbVie when I know I won't qualify!

Dr. DiPaola takes his time and never rushes me and is very helpful with his advice. The only problem is getting an appointment with him and there should be some consideration in limiting new patients.

I look forward to my visit with Dr. Dipaola. The Xeomin injections that I take for Cervical Dystonia, Torticollis enable me to live a normal life without pain. Dr. Dipaola always starts the visit with questions about how well the medication worked since the last visit. He is thorough and calming, relieving any anxiety that I might have prior to the injections. I have been seeing him for a long time now, and I continue to trust in his knowledge and expertise.
