Ronnie was amazing. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to deal with an elderly patient who has dementia. She knew how to start fixing the Ostomy problem and explained everything thoroughly to us. She made us feel welcome and encouraged us to to contact her with any problems. Also setup home care for the patient.

I was just so happy with my visit with Ronnie Funk. Put my mind at ease. I wish I had met her many years ago. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful and erased a lot of my fears of what I was dealing with. Again, so pleased with Ronnie Funk and looking forward to my next visit. We appreciate that Ronnie was able to see us as soon as possible. Other providers weren't able to do that, but Ronnie was available and we're very grateful for that. She's also a wonderful teacher. She showed my father how to change my mother's ostomy bag. She was very patient, she was very thorough, and she makes herself available. to my family if we ever have any questions. So it was an overall wonderful experience working with Ronnie.

Ronnie was great. She made such an uncomfortable experience very pleasant. Her bedside manner was comforting. It shows she cares for the patients and their well being.
