Dr. Karia has been in practice since 2002 and has an interest in providing care for patients with epilepsy, headaches, developmental delays, and other neurologic diseases. With expertise in Video EEG monitoring, Dr. Karia has been instrumental at K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital's Pediatric Epilepsy program. Her goal is to maximize seizure control in patients while improving the EEG so that the patient can ultimately be tapered off traditional antiepileptic medication. Along with traditional treatments for neurologic disorders, Dr. Karia also guides families using Integrative Medicine principals. With a Board Certification in Integrative Medicine, she enjoys combining various medical and holistic approaches to achieve the best results for patients.

Great experience. Dr Karia reached out to the previous doctor and requested the paperworks we requested twice

This doctor was very, very attentive. She answered all the questions. She asked questions. I really liked her a lot. I wouldn't mind any of the time to go back to her. She's definitely, I recommend her to other people. She is not my daughter's actual doctor. She actually just seen us to get refills for my daughter. But she's definitely, you couldn't even tell that she wasn't our doctor. she just was, easy going. If she was already our doctor, she asked the right questions. She was very assertive. I loved everything about her. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Karia was very helpful with my concerns for my grandson.
