I was waiting to get blood drawn while the tech was talking to another employee never know I was there until he was going to take another patient before me. The two employees talking had no concern that I was sitting there waiting for another 20 minutes after waiting two hours in the room to see the doctor fair disappointment with the whole visit.

The woman working the reception desk at the cancer center was amazing. She deserves a raise !! So welcoming and efficient.

I got a follow up call the following day which was great and quite a surprise to me. They should be calling tomorrow with an appointment date . Also I usually speak on the phone to Theresa and I met her at Wednesday's appointment. She is always so sweet and helpful when you call for an appointment. Everyone was very pleasant and Tony is great at drawing blood. A lot of people have difficulty in doing so and he's been spot on the two times I've been there! Overall pleasant experience. Thank you

Dr Bhatt was kind, caring and knowledgeable. it was the first time seeing her . i was quite concerned about a secondary health issue affecting my cancer treatment. She calmly gave me information, we set an appt in 2weeks to go over results of testing to see if I can continue treatment. I was extremely pleased with the level of care.
