I had a 12:15 PM appointment - Sat in office waiting for Dr for 35 minutes before anyone came in and let me know she was not there and on her way. Staff needs to be better at informing patients. Very disappointed to the point I left office and then they call me on my cell phone. I did get seen but had to return (same day) and then met with Dr. 12:15 appt and I was there until about 1:20 NOT Good
The Doctor took her time and answered all my questions and was very thorough with my concerns

Yes, I am a patient of Dr. Sethi 's. I was a patient of her father's. I feel that Dr. Ruchi Sethi is very thorough. She asked me several questions and I appreciated that she didn't just ask, you know, specific questions about just the one specialty, but just questions about my overall health and what could contribute to what I'm feeling. So that made me feel that she was not just, okay, I'm only gonna focus on the heart, but she was, I appreciated that she was concerned about my overall health. So I think, so even though I may have had to wait, it was worth the wait because this tells me that she's not just trying to get us in and out, but she's taking time.
Waited over an 1 hour past appt time, with no updates from staff. Staff seems a little disorganized. Office was old and dingy.
