I am a pediatric endocrinologist and have been in practice since July 1999. While I am a specialist who has specialized in the endocrine system, I like to believe that I treat my patients as individual human beings - not just as patients with endocrine problems. I like to make sure that I spend enough time getting to know why my patients have come to see me and then getting to the root of their problems and crafting solutions for them.

Hi, check-in process was very easy and quick. Doctors and staff were great. Only issue I would maybe work on would be it took us about 10 months to see Dr. Eapen. So maybe to have more availability or more doctors that can help so we can see a professional maybe faster. But everything was great once we did see Dr. Eapen. Thank you.

Doctor was patient and listened and explained very well. Also spent a lot of time with us which I greatly appreciate. The nurse that checked us in was super kind the other nurses that I did not see where overheard mocking me which I though was super unprofessional and just downright mean. One was overheard saying omg did she hear us bc the door was left open bc my child was being weighed. If they want to mock parents who are there bc of concerns they k ow nothing about maybe do it on your break and not in hearsay of the patient.

We had to wait 1 hour for my daughter to be seen by the doctor, which I feel is unacceptable, no apologies and then felt my concerns were not really addressed. I felt he had no input and he seemed disinterested in my daughter as a person, looking last minute for information about my daughter's history in the computer, not personable or kid friendly at all!
