The Dr. is very thorough.

Dr. Bhutani is an excellent physician. I am extremely happy with my dealings with him. I have a problem with trying to make an appointment with a call center. I am no longer able to reach the doctor's office directly, and I have to go through a call center, which I find extremely annoying.

And he doesn't rush you through the visit. He lets you explain what's going on with you. And then he'll respond with appropriate answers. And he's also a very nice person.

They were very good. They've done everything. They've done x-ray and all, and I'm well satisfied with the job they've done with me. And I would recommend anybody go to him and to her. My visit with Dr. Bhutani was just fine and he always listens. He's got patience. His staff is lovely. And the wait time is expected because he always, you know, he has a lot of patience. Other people come in and I was not upset about the time at all, but you asked the question. and I answered it. It was also a day before a holiday, so I expected that there'd be an overflow of people because everyone seems to get sick or wanna see the doctor before a holiday. So like I said, that was not an issue. Everything was wonderful, everything gets a 10, and that means the best, and that's it. So I thank you always for always being there for me, and I wish everyone a good fall. Okay, take care.

Yes, I had a great experience, as per usual. The only thing I would say on improvement, I know sometimes we don't get direct, we can't call directly into them, so that was one of the things I wish we could do, but I don't think that's gonna be the circumstances. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with what's happening. Thank you very much.

The doctor was amazing. The provider was very thorough, made me very comfortable, seemed very knowledgeable. He was amazing. I would definitely recommend. However, the staff seemed overworked, tired. They seemed understaffed and the waiting time was way too long. It seemed ridiculous because I wasn't even informed that I would have to wait that long. I was waiting over an hour.

Dr. Bhutani and his staff is incredible. They are on time, respectful, kind, considerate, and understanding. Dr. Bhutani should be recognized as one of the best PCV doctors in the area.

That was a good visit, very fast, I find they got me in pretty quick and very nice staff.

The only comment I have is that sometimes I have to wait a bit longer on appointment day. But I know the doctor does spend time with each individual.

This was a very good visit. Talked about medications and added one. Doctor also explained the B12 medication as opposed to the shot. Reviewed blood work and discussed future visits.

Dr Bhutani and his team are very thorough in their note taking and thoughtful in their follow up responses based on my specific concerns and questions. They reminded me about HMH 24/7 and even offered to help me set up my account. While I was only there for a follow up to discuss bloodwork, I had concerns about two other items which were addressed during this visit. They didn't make me schedule an additional appointment, nor did they rush me out the door. This was only my second visit to this provider after having seen another for 30 years. I needed to switch, because I moved. It's hard to leave a good provider after three decades, but I am more than happy with the care and service provided by Dr Bhutani and his team.

The staff in the doctor is great there. Dr bhutani is great and very smart he time and cares very much about his patience and about my situation and my health a great place recommended to many people.

The nursing staff is amazing every time I need something, especially on the medication side. They are on top of it. They're caring they understand the problem and they always execute.

I waited over an hour in the waiting room and I waited a half an hour in the patient's room and that is unacceptable and I would like to complain about that.

One size fits all recommendations for certain procedures based solely on age or remuneration, without taking into account an individuals diet, exercise regimen, his abstention from alcohol and drugs or his family history is concerning and quiet frankly somewhat irresponsible.
