I was extremely upset that a fracture, that did NOT exist in reality, was listed in one of the reports. It caused considerable anxiety. After speaking with my doctor, Dr. Falcone, who contacted AMI, it was corrected. "Typographical error" was the excuse.

My experience with Doctor Wheeler was as usual great. The Doctor is informative, provides candid, honest information and the reason for the data being provided. When leaving my appointment, I feel I have all the information I needed, there are no unanswered questions or ambiguities.

THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT WITH DR.WHEELER. THE NURSE ,THE PA, AND THE DOCTOR WERE ALL VERY NICE, COURTEOUS, AND POLITE. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE FROM THE MINUTE I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE UNTIL THE VISIT WAS OVER. THE DOCTOR LISTENED CAREFULLY TO EVERYTHING THAT I SAID. HE WAS NOT RUSHED AND TOOK HIS TIME. Yeah, everything was fantastic from the time I got there. The office staff was very friendly, accommodating, walked me through everything, and Dr. Wheeler was amazing, went over my prior test results, explained everything, and made sure I knew what he was saying, gave me follow-up ideas, how to prevent it, and scheduled a follow-up call for us to meet again in a couple months. So, totally a 10, outstanding service, highly recommend.

The doctor and the office staff are great but my issue is with the phone hub trying to reach the office for help or advice. I hung up after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and called back the next day. I waited to hear back from the office and the person was given all the wrong information. I haven't heard back about the question from my office visit and I am really not looking forward to calling again, even thinking of stopping into the office instead.

Dr seem tired and didn't seem to care in my opinion

The most honest , professional and patient staff

I had to wait over an hour to get into the waiting, into the examination room, and then 15 minutes after that. So I was almost an hour and a half behind my scheduled appointment, and that is unacceptable.

The doctor was pleasant. He listened carefully. He was on time. He reviewed my medical history. He made suggestions as to how to treat my condition and arranged for follow up. I rate him a 10.

Dr. Wheeler has a reassuring command of his field that generates my trust in his recommendations. He also allows me to discuss my doubts, concerns and beliefs in a supportive manner. I always leave a visit feeling confident in the results.

Dr . Wheeler was extremely concerned about my health issues . He expressed that I have too go in order for the testing he ordered . I would recommend Dr . Wheeler to any Family or Friends if they needed a Urologist , in fact my one and only Sister has the same health condition as myself . I called her & told her to call the office that Dr . Wheeler is a doctor whom shows he really cares about his patients .
