The coordination issues with this provider and cvs pharmacy They always want patients to call the doctor for refills and they don't respond to cvs pharmacy at all even for clarification needed by pharmacist This does not happen with any other doctors I visit even at Princeton medical associates they are always ready to respond quickly and directly to pharmacy with no involvement of patient to get the refills This issue with this provider really gives me bad experience

It was very good talking to the doctor. And, yeah, I like her. And, she answered my questions, and she helped me. And, she gave me the prescription. She was saying about the shingles shot, but, I don't need it. Okay. Thank you. Bye.

Something that could have been performed better is checking my chest and my lymph nodes. It was stated that I have congestion, a cough, et cetera, and my breath and my chest and my lymph nodes were not checked.

Hi, the provider, my doctor, Shabnam Khety, is very good and very nice, but the staff at the location, Kangal Park, is not good and not efficient. They never pick up the phone and the phone is not in working condition. I always have either the beep going on or there is not even a voicemail. And the staff is not that good, but the doctor is good.
