Dr. Shailaja Shah is board-certified in psychiatry. She has expertise in treating adults and older adults with severe mood disorders, anxiety disorders and psychoses both with psychopharmacology and cognitive behavior therapy. She has more than 18 years of experience in utilizing ECT as a form of treatment of severe mood and psychotic disorders. She also has expertise in managing behavior disturbances in patients with Dementia.
