The issues with Prime Care are not related to the medical care providers. its the bureaucracy.

I'd like to give a shout-out to the "office staff" they are constantly busy but they can multitask like nobody's business! So much stress but they never show it!üíö

Even though I moved further away I continue to see Dr Shalini because she is the best! I love and respect her a great deal!

Dr. Shalini is truly amazing. She actively listens to your concerns and addresses each one individually and in detail. I admit I am not a big fan of the front desk staff, not sure if they are just understaffed but the phone is rarely answered and so it takes some time to actually set up an appointment. They also did not call me to get my bloodwork done although the order was put in last month.

The office is very accommodating; they take my limited mobility into consideration and the PA is willing to work holistically with me on my health.

Hi, my appointment with Dr. Shalini went well. I was able to discuss all my concerns and questions and she went through, I had a list because I can't remember everything and I'd rather be prepared. The doctor is great. I recommend her 10/10. However, there is not much confidentiality when checking in. I always have to wait very long after my appointment time. I waited an hour yesterday, and because it took so long, the lab closed and I was unable to do my bloodwork. The front desk receptionists weren't very welcoming. A woman walked in and was attempting to write her name to check in, and the lady at the desk asked her multiple times for her name. She said "I didn't want to explain everything out loud." Then when she was called back to be seen, the woman used her first and last name. This was very uncomfortable for me because I heard her ask for confidentiality which wasn't granted.

This was my first visit to see Shalini but because she was so friendly and personable, I felt like I've known her for years. On top of that she was knowledgeable and caring which I will appreciate going forward.

This was my first time at this office. PA Shalini was wonderful. She took down an accurate past medical history, discussed my concerns and we discussed a plan going forward. I am looking forward to many years at this practice with PA Shalini

Hi, I have been seeing Shalini Sirisena for close to 10 years now, and I think she's absolutely the best provider I've ever had. She's so careful, she would explain everything in detail, so kind, so empathetic, literally the best. I myself have worked in the medical field my whole life. I don't think I've ever met anyone quite like her. The only thing that I would say, and this has nothing to do with Shalini Sirisena, is that the office itself looks very beat down and run down. And after all the years I've gone there, there's been no renovation. So it's kind of, you know, really dated. But other than that, it's great.

Dr. Shalini, is a wonderful doctor. She cares for her patients and I have been going to her for 12 years now. I am not happy with the front desk tho. They are not nice at all. They do not give the doctor my messages when I left the office after a complete physical, and got my test results back, I forgot to ask a question and just ask them if they could forward the message to the Dr. and they refused and one of the girls was laughing, still wait in for a reply. I doubt the doctor even saw it. I guess I need to make another appointment just to get an answer to my question.

Hi, my feedback is when the medical assistant comes in before the doctor, I don't think that they should go into details of any sicknesses or illness that the patient may have. There was a person that came in and he was the, I guess he was the assistant before the doctor, and he said, I was there for cancer, and I wasn't. And I instantly had anxiety. I do suffer with anxiety. Yeah, it was bad. I was very confused, and he just left me very confused and worried. So that's the issue. But then the doctor came in later, and I told her, she made me feel better. So Dr. Shalini, kudos.

The Staff is great and my time with Dr. Shalini was great and I was able to cover all my health concerns

My provider Shalini Sirisena is absolutely wonderful. However, the front office staff were not very pleasant. I've been there many times and understand the check-in process. The person at the check-in counter was busy doing something and basically didn't acknowledge me so I just wrote my name on the list and sat down. When I went to leave the young girl at the window acted as if I was interrupting or disturbing her. I own a business and you don't get a second chance for a first impression. The first impression at the office is terrible. Fortunately, I love the doctors so I over look it and move on.

Shalini Sirisena takes the time to listen and gives her expert advice. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and a true GIFT to her patients. Waiting room is not an issue because one knows the end results. Shalini goes above and beyond. A true Angel on Earth. My husband has her as his physician and Loves her too.

I had a very positive experience and would absolutely recommend.

I think that virtual telehealth appointments are really good, being that if you can't make it into the office. But I waited 40 minutes for this doctor for me to see. And I got a text saying that she was running late, which was fine. But then she never came on. I never got to have an appointment with her. I was never seen. The next day I called the office and I let them know to make sure that they did not charge me for my copayment and they told me that they would look into it and call me back. They never called me back and I never was able to reschedule my appointment yet.

I have been a patient there for over 20 years. They are the best. I used to have longer wait time before being seen, which has been greatly improved. I would recommend this office to anyone. They are ones of the best.
