A patient that came after me was taken in sooner but the staff apologized and got me in next. I believe it was an honest mistake and I appreciated that they listened and corrected the situation instead of making an excuse or acting like it didn’t happen. Being upfront about the process is refreshing. I would definitely recommend this facility and will use it again.
