Sharon M S Weinberger, MD
Sharon Weinberger, M.D., FAAP has been a board-certified practicing pediatric cardiologist since 2009. Her areas of expertise are in noninvasive cardiology, including fetal echocardiography, congenital heart disease and pulmonary hypertension. She is published in these areas, and has written practice guidelines in these areas. Dr. Weinberger is a passionate patient advocate, and prides herself on her close relationships with her patients and their families.
Philosophy of Care
Care of the patient is a group effort. It is important for all members of the care team, especially families, to be fully informed on the patient's diagnosis and management. The cardiologist is there to provide information and guidance, but the patient and their parents are the captains of the ship.
