You did everything well and there was nothing you could do to improve. How could one improve an excellent experience?

I just want to let you know I waited over two hours in the waiting room. Then when I went into the doctor's room, I waited another 45 minutes and then they had an intern or somebody come in and I waited again for the doctor. They didn't do anything for me. They sent me a prescription for my mouth that I went there for and my insurance wouldn't even cover the prescription so I ended up going there and I didn't get nothing done. Then they couldn't reschedule me another appointment because the doctors didn't have no openings for months. So I couldn't get another appointment with him. So I don't know about everybody's telling me I should get another doctor. So that's what I want to tell you. Goodbye.

Overall had a wonderful experience as per usual
