Doctor didn't like the idea that I was asking questions and told me that to go and find a different provider and refused to help me anymore because I got a note from the insurance company telling me that the reason that I'm not getting approved for my meds is because the doctor is not filling out the paperwork correctly. So instead of her fixing the problem, she decided to tell me to find a different doctor, her exact word. Thank you.
