I greatly appreciate ALL the medical professionals at this office from walking in the door to stepping back out into the world. They are always helpful and compassionate.

Despite having provided my new card and advising change in plan. Even emphasized still prescriptions dedpite the desperation after 2 blood appointments with months of each other submitted with canceled insurance plan. Left vm same day no return call after 3rd message. Doctor only gave names verbially should have provided pamplet or drug information in case of a follow-up was needed like I experienced. Did NOT go over all the different blood results so I asked for copy so provided. No other patient but rushed not informative. Same day of appointment case manager more concerned with pay stubs. Not even checked in on me throughout the year or provide any case follow up. Private insurance is definitely not a win for this office. Medicare and free medicine patients get better services and treatment. Only benefit the services close to home was a plus but think I need to look back at private practices and leave clinic. They care more. Very disappointed friendly staff but not efficient.
