Long waiting time

I left multiple messages with the office staff and it took until the day of my appointment for the provider to call me back or to get any response at all from the office after I was informed that I was diabetic. This took almost a month. I was not happy with the response time. I don't blame the provider at all. I think it's something within the system, whether it's the EPIC system that you're using or whatever, but it didn't get to her in time. All right. Thank you. Bye.

I was pleased to meet her. It had been difficult to make an appointment in the office near me. But I was able to see an NP in Urgent care to fulfill my immediate need, so APN Papas had a short history to work with. I added to that, and ordered many tests to add to my pile.

This was my first visit with Stephanie Papa. I felt very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and spoke with me about all my concerns and issues. I have several chronic diseases, thyroid problems and diabetes, and I felt very good about my visit. Thank you.

I waited much too long needlessly for a pneumonia vaccine that the the office did not have on hand; therefore it was not administered.

Whenever I have an appointment in this office, I usually wait. They're busy and don't have time to tell me what the reason is. I didn't wait extremely long, probably about 20 minutes, 25 minutes. They were very courteous. Everyone was very nice to me and very caring and professional.

Ms Papa was wonderful. She listened to me and gave me a lot of information. I love her.

I'm very happy with Stephanie Papa. She's extremely thorough and great. I just hope she stays around. Also, the office, they need to work on scheduling so much better. It took me months just to get an appointment with her for the second time, and then they rescheduled me two or three times after that. So they need to make it more convenient for patients to see their doctor when necessary in general or for scheduling physicals and so forth. It's extremely impossible to make an appointment without being three to four months out.

Dr. Papa clearly understood my problem. She was so pleasant and listened to me. I would recommend HMH to anyone interested in a new GP or looking for one for the first time. Very relaxing atmosphere.
