I was extremely happy with the care I received from Dr Scianni and the entire staff. I am a new patient and she took her time to go over my medical history and answer all of my questions. The front office was excellent and so was the assistant that checked me in.

The provider is amazing however the office staff in general (not at this location) not so much. I called twice and left a voicemail since nobody picked up regarding test results. I never received a call back. I called again after the 48 hours and still no answer and no call back. I decided to actually speak to a live person in scheduling and finally they were able to help me out with my test results. When I arrived to my appointment I voiced my concern to the doctor and she told me she never received any messages saying I called. She apologized for this. The office staff at Eatontown was very helpful and nice however when you call the main phone number nobody seems to want to work or do their job properly. I have an issue every time I deal with someone over the phone.

I liked your stuff. They were very pleasant and very caring people.
