Professional yet easy to talk to, a real good communicator

I felt very comfortable. All my questions were answered and I had a great checkup. So the doctor really came through for me. I'm very happy with Dr. Jurewicz.

So here's the deal. I love Dr. Jurewicz, love him, and would never switch to another doctor for my primary care. But I have to say, once it went to a Hackensack Meridian office where you call just a general phone bank to get an appointment instead of actually getting someone to the doctor's office, it's very annoying. It's the personalization of it is gone because you never talk to the same person. They don't care why you need to come in. Once you're in the office, they care, but when you call the general phone bank people, they don't care. So I wish it could go back to someone at the office actually picking up the phone. That would be lovely.
