The nurses and doctors were excellent but one particular patient care assistant was not compassionate and my father asked not to allow her back into his room again because she upset him so much on a few occasions. He told his nurse about it and that person came in and apologized to him.

I also like the ability to get my lab work done at the same office, and my gastro enterologist is based in the same practice as well.

Dr. Jurewicz is a wonderful provider. He is thorough. He always answers any questions that you have. He's caring. The only difficulty I have is ever either trying to get in to see him directly, which I did not have a problem this time. But sometimes that's a problem and definitely I do not care for going through the telephone network. to get appointments and such. I ride over to the office because I don't think the telephone system is very good. He as a provider is outstanding. I've had him as a provider for years and I dread the day that he retires. So I'm very satisfied. Thank you.

So here's the deal. I love Dr. Jurewicz, love him, and would never switch to another doctor for my primary care. But I have to say, once it went to a Hackensack Meridian office where you call just a general phone bank to get an appointment instead of actually getting someone to the doctor's office, it's very annoying. It's the personalization of it is gone because you never talk to the same person. They don't care why you need to come in. Once you're in the office, they care, but when you call the general phone bank people, they don't care. So I wish it could go back to someone at the office actually picking up the phone. That would be lovely.

He reviewed my past records and made sure to schedule current test so that my report would be complete. Very happy to know that I will now make a few adjustments to caring for my health.
