Office visit was very well, but what needs to be done with your phone system and your thing is to get directly into the doctor's office to have messages conveyed to them, not to go through this whole Meridian system and wait hours and minutes and minutes on the phone and waste my time as well as the doctor's time. You need office hours and visits right straight to the thing. so that you can get in touch with somebody in the office rather than having to go through a whole pre-party thing to get to the doctor. Thank you very much.

Pleasurable and professional

I was disappointed that I could not see my regular doctor after my hospital stay, so I had never even heard of the doctor I saw and knew nothing about him; he was like a total stranger to me; however, he was professional and courteous and did the job at hand proficiently, which was a hospital visit follow-up appointment. Now that I have met and interacted with him, I'm sure I'll feel more at ease if I need to see him again. The office staff was wonderful.
