The office staff didn't confirm my appointment and I was scheduled for an echocardiogram, which I didn't know anything about. And I showed up at 11 o'clock for my normal doctor's appointment and they weren't able to do the cardio test. Meanwhile, I wasn't told about it.

Therefore I always make it a point to focus, listen and ask or clarify if necessary about the subject of my visit or appointment/ check up I forget to ask for a referral for another doctor of different specialty like primary care physician.
